Energize Your Day with Targeted Workouts

Our Drill to Fitness classes are structured to provide a balanced mix of cardio, strength, flexibility, and core training each week. With two 60-minute classes each morning from 7 AM to 10 AM, Monday through Saturday, our schedule is crafted to maximize your results, leaving you energized and ready to take on the day. Each class is followed by a 30-minute rest period to help with recovery and ensure effective training.

Weekly Class Schedule

Monday

Cardio & Core Activation

  • 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM: Cardio Fitness
    Boost endurance and burn calories with a heart-pumping cardio session that includes interval training, treadmill sprints, and cycling drills.

  • 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM: Core & Balance Workouts
    Engage your core and strengthen stabilizing muscles with targeted exercises to improve posture, balance, and core stability.

Tuesday

Strength & Flexibility Fusion

  • 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM: Strength & Conditioning
    Build muscle and increase strength with a mix of weight training, resistance exercises, and bodyweight workouts for a full-body boost.

  • 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM: Flexibility & Mobility
    Focus on stretching and joint mobility exercises to increase range of motion, improve flexibility, and reduce muscle tension.



  • Wednesday

    High-Intensity Power Day

  • 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM: High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)
    Experience a high-energy workout with quick, intense bursts of exercise followed by short recovery periods, ideal for fat burning and endurance.

  • 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM: Athlete & Warrior Conditioning
    Challenge yourself with drills and plyometric movements designed to build power, speed, and agility like a true athlete.

    Cardio & Functional Movement

  • 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM: Cardio Fitness
    Get your heart pumping with engaging cardio routines, including cycling, rowing, and aerobic exercises to enhance stamina and cardiovascular health.

  • 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM: Flexibility & Mobility
    Increase flexibility with dynamic and static stretches that help reduce soreness, prevent injuries, and aid in recovery.

    Strength & Core Stability

  • 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM: Strength & Conditioning
    Build functional strength with a mix of weighted and bodyweight exercises that engage major muscle groups for improved endurance and power.

  • 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM: Core & Balance Workouts
    Improve your core strength and stability with targeted exercises to strengthen your abdominals, back, and supporting muscles.





  • Saturday

    Group Energy & Recovery

  • 7:00 AM - 8:00 AM: Group Fitness Class
    Join the community for an energetic group workout combining elements of cardio, strength, and flexibility, designed to keep you motivated and engaged.

  • 8:30 AM - 9:30 AM: Aerobics
    End the week with a fun and lively aerobics class that enhances coordination, flexibility, and cardiovascular health through dance and rhythmic movement.
