Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Drill To Fitness collects, uses, stores, and protects information when you use our mobile applications, website, and API. Drill To Fitness is a fitness and healthy-habits service operated from Nigeria.

Information we collect
- Account information: email address, phone number, full name, and a password hash when you create an account.
- Mission profile: goals, training space, country, food preferences, reminder settings, and quiet hours.
- Activity data: workout and meal completions, generated plans, progress history, and AI coach usage.
- Payments: selected plan or AI credit pack, provider, amount, currency, payment reference, status, and expiry. Payment providers process payment details; Drill To Fitness does not store full card numbers in its application database.
- Device permissions: notification permission is used to schedule local meal, hydration, training, and recovery reminders. The current app does not require location, contacts, camera, wearable, or health-sensor access.
- Website information: information you voluntarily submit through support or email, including an email address entered into the marketing-site launch list. The marketing site has no advertising or non-essential analytics system.
How we use information
We use information to create and secure accounts, personalize workouts and meals, synchronize reminders and progress, process access and AI-credit requests, prevent abuse, provide support, and improve reliability.
AI coach
The app includes a free local coach fallback. If the production API is configured with an external AI provider, your coach question and limited profile context such as goal, training space, and country may be sent to Google Gemini through its API to generate a response. Password-reset and password-change notifications may be sent through Resend when email delivery is configured. Do not submit medical records, passwords, payment details, or other sensitive information to the coach.
When information is shared
We share information only with service providers needed to operate the service, such as hosting/database infrastructure, Resend for transactional email, payment providers you choose, and the configured AI provider. We do not sell personal information. Providers may process information in other countries under their own terms and privacy notices.
Retention and deletion
We keep account information while your account is active. You can permanently delete your account from inside the app or request deletion at drilltofitness.com/account-deletion.html. Authenticated in-app deletion removes the account and associated profile, reminder, workout, meal, AI, and entitlement records from our application database. We may retain limited information where required for legal compliance, fraud prevention, security, payment disputes, or other lawful obligations.
Security
Passwords are stored as one-way hashes and API access uses authenticated tokens. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so protect your password and contact us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Your choices
You may update profile and reminder information, stop notifications through device settings, use the local coach without an external AI key, and request account deletion. You may also contact us about access, correction, or privacy questions.
Children
Drill To Fitness is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the service. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted information.
Changes
We may update this policy when the service changes. The updated date at the top of this page will show when the latest version took effect.
